Our Approach

Construction that understands design.

Every decision we make is grounded in how the space will feel to the person sitting in the chair.

We've taken your brief black, grey, minimal, luxury and translated it into a buildable scope of works with two clear pricing options. Both deliver the same premium finish; the difference is in the scope of what's included.

Our team handles demolition, ceiling, walls, flooring, electrics, joinery install and the WC fit-out. The fit-out is designed to be completed within a tight programme so you can open without delay.

All pricing includes a 5% contingency. VAT is shown separately. Client supplied items (mirrors, barber chairs, wall panels, pendant lights, WC suite) are clearly flagged throughout.

Walls
Matte micro cement plaster wallpaper finish. One feature wall in dark fluted MDF panels. No gloss paint anywhere.
Floor
AC4 commercial laminate in dark oak or concrete look. Large format minimal grout lines. Threshold strips at all openings.
Lighting
Suspended geometric LED pendants on dimmer. Recessed downlights at 2700K. LED strip built into each mirror recess.
Fixtures
Matte black metal frame throughout. No chrome. Brass detailing at door hardware and shelf brackets only.

We keep it simple. No lengthy process — just clear milestones.

Choose Your Option
Confirm Option 1 (full scope) or Option 2 (core scope). We can also price any variations, flooring only add, WC separately, or a phased approach.

Sign Off & Deposit
We issue a formal contract. A 30% deposit secures your start date and allows us to order materials and confirm our team.
03
Programme & Access
We produce a simple programme showing start, key milestones and handover. Typical duration for this scope is 3–4 weeks from start on site.
04
Build & Handover
Works proceed to programme. You receive weekly progress updates. Deep clean at completion. Keys handed back — ready to trade.
